Located adjacent to Hilton Hanoi
Opera, the stunning Opera House
offers incentive groups or event
organisers to choose from a
magnificent Great Hall, a pleasant
courtyard, a historic Mirror Chamber
with flexible banquet combination of
up to 300 people for a standing
buffet dinner or cocktail reception,
or 120 people for a seated event.
History Museum (indoor and
outdoor venue)
Just a stone throw from Hilton Hanoi
Opera, on a picturesque block of
colonial buildings constructed in
the unusual hybrid architectural
style of the early 20th century
stands the History Museum. The
grounds of the museum include a
spacious garden area and numerous
old canopied trees offering a
beautiful setting for banquets or
events.
National Water Puppet Theatre
(outdoor venue)
Water puppetry is a rural
entertainment of Vietnam. Its
scenery includes rice paddies,
bamboo gates, fish ponds, banyan
trees, wells, village temples.
actions: cultivating with water
buffalo, irrigating, harvesting and
winnowing rice, weaving, kids
jumping, and swimming fish and
frogs. All the setting is from
within the village complete with
processions, dancing unicorns,
dragons, turtles, and phoenixes. The
National Water Puppet Theatre is
located about 5km from the hotel and
within 30 minutes’ drive.
Boat cruise on the West Lake (mix
of indoor and outdoor activities)
Explore one of Hanoi’s much loved
lakes — a nice way to end a half-day
city tour with. Located about 3 km
from the hotel or within 10 minutes’
drive, the West Lake represents the
largest lake of the city and is a
nice area for cruising and enjoying
a dinner or a lunch after having
explored the city by cyclo.
The Museum of Ethnology (outdoor
venue)
The Museum of Ethnology is 10 km
away from the hotel and can be
reached within a 60 minutes’ drive
by bus. Apart from being one of the
most interesting museum of Hanoi
with very well documented exhibition
of pictures and artefacts from the
54 ethnic groups composing the
Vietnamese folk, the museum offers a
spectacular outdoor backdrop for
receptions. The maximum capacity of
this venue is 200 for sit-down
function or 300 standing cocktail.
