Location
Milton Park is the Southern
Highlands most prestigious Hotel.
Centrally located it is easily
accessible from Sydney, Canberra and
the International Airport from the
M5 Freeway. The property is a
relaxing 90mins drive from the CBD
of Sydney.
Accommodation
The heart of the hotel is a grand
mansion, built at the turn of the
twentieth century by the Hordern
family of retail and pastoral fame.
Set apart in its own secluded
estate, Milton Park offers luxurious
accommodation with 40 deluxe rooms
and 7 suites. Most suites have spa
baths and open fireplaces. All rooms
overlook our award winning gardens
or pine forest and are well
appointed with French Provincial and
Antique furnishings. The Forest
Suites boast spacious lounge areas,
fireplaces, ensuite spa and private
views to the Forest. Four poster
beds are available in selected
rooms.
The Carriage House contains 7
bedrooms, spacious lounge area with
open fireplace and an outdoor
entertaining deck. Milton Park has
over 7 acres of award winning
gardens, a private heli pad and
5km’s of walking/ jogging tracks.
Corporate
Milton Park excels in all aspects of
professional conference and meetings
management. With our fully trained
and experienced staff we cater for
all types of delegations from 10 –
120. All conference rooms have
natural light, as well as adjustable
lighting and individual climate
control. All doors and walls are
fully soundproofed.
The Baillieu Conference Centre can
cater for 120, has its own kitchen
and lobby. The Elms Conference
Centre catering for 30 – 70 has 2
conference rooms, lounge area with
fireplace and board room.
Superb Dining & Relaxation
The Hotel is renowned for its fine
cuisine and our kitchens can cater
for all dietary requirements.
Horderns Restaurant offers
French-inspired provincial cuisine
and has magnificent views of the
garden which is flood lit by night.
The Conservatory Restaurant features
hearty country style breakfasts and
casual light lunch dining. Our guest
lounges, library and Polo Bar are
the perfect places to relax and
