The very private 83 one, two, three
and four bedroom apartments,
penthouses and villas offer the best
in luxury appointments.
Exotic new Asian styled architecture
embraces the design of the Resort
with each suite having its own
private spa, full kitchen, laundry,
lounge and dinning room each
boasting the latest in audio visual
technology. Additionally some
apartments have their own private
pool whilst others offer a private
jetty styled sundeck leading
directly from the living room into
the tropical central lagoon pool.

Meeting Rooms

in a prestigious, tropical paradise.
Our meeting rooms cater for
conferences, meetings, seminars and
fabulous occasions from 12 guests in
the Boardroom to 135 delegate’s
theatre-style. Choose from four
elegant, variable space meeting
areas, including poolside, perfect
for an elegant cocktail gathering.
Conference Day Packages
Our superior day packages combine a
balanced amount of proteins and
carbohydrates to enhance and sustain
your teams’ energy levels.
Our executive Chef is also flexible
with menu options and we will work
with you to be able to tailor a
package to suit your group’s
requirements. We will also endeavour
to meet your group’s dietary
requirements. Additional costs may
apply.
Day Package
Main plenary room hire (8.00am –
5.30pm)
Conference condiments, including
pens, note pads, mints and iced
water.
Freshly Brewed Coffee and Tea on
arrival
Morning Tea served with a selection
of light refreshing snacks.
Lunch includes a selection of open
and closed sandwiches, plus chilled
juices, mineral water and freshly
brewed tea & coffee. We will ensure
there is a good combination of
proteins and carbohydrates to
enhance your teams’ energy levels.
Afternoon tea served with your
choice of freshly baked biscuits.
Half Day Package
Main plenary room hire (8.00am –
12.30pm or alternatively 12.00 pm –
5.30pm)
Conference condiments, including
pens, note pads, mints and iced
water.

arrival
Your choice of either Morning or
Afternoon tea both will be served
with a selection of freshly baked
biscuits.

Themed Events
The main conference room
accommodates up to 100 people
banquet style (80 people with dance
floor).
All functions can be professionally
themed with live music, a host of
menu delights ranging from
Australia’s best seafood selection
to the traditional BBQ or an elegant
evening on the boardwalk.

Boardwalk by Night
As balmy tropical night descends,
guests can gather poolside for a
refreshing drink. Guests are then
lead across the boardwalk to the
elegant, yet casual setting. One
long table lines the bridge set over
water. Twisted knotted Mangroves
surround the boardwalk leading
directly to Palm Cove beach. A range
of theming ideas, entertainment,
lighting and table decorations are
available.

A perfect way to start any
conference with a relaxed informal
BBQ, we have the perfect location
poolside that’s simple yet elegant.
The warm tropical breeze gently
drifts in from the ocean and ambient
flare torchlight will bath the area,
as your delegates relax and unwind.

Gathering
Gathering your group in one of our
Penthouse Roof top apartments, is
the perfect venue to host an
intimate event. The illuminated
swirl of blue turquoise waters of
the lagoon pool and flicking torches
will create an amazing location &
atmosphere that is exotic, alluring
& relaxing.

Our Balinese style pool side pergola
and bar will suit any occasion. From
a causal BBQ to a formal themed

Accommodation
All rooms feature king or queen size
beds surrounded by contemporary
Asian styled architecture. The
Studio rooms are extremely large and
feature a beautiful spa bath with
the latest in comforts and
furnishings. All apartments feature
spa bath, full kitchen, laundry,
lounge, and dining room. All rooms
are fully air-conditioned.
